Exercise? Still Remember The Meaning of This Word?

Exercise. How many people had already forgotten this word or even erased from their own dictionary? Most of us here i believe, spent most of their time sitting infront of their computer working, blogging, reading information, surfing “adult lesson”, watching movie, watching anime, playing games, shopping or even keep refreshing their desktop pathetically because nothing else to do (I am one of them actually). Hey! ever felt that your health condition is getting weaker and weaker, tired and tired by day? Getting tense, getting frustrated, always felt no mood, and the face always look like a zombie and felt yourself is like a piece of shit? ever think of going outside and do some minor exercise? of course a proper exercise such as badminton, basketball, soccer, futsal is better, but even a simple jog, simple run and more which allow you to sweat would help yourself to refreshen up!

For me, every Tuesday is my most anticipated day for the whole 7 days! This is because after work on this day, I will be playing badminton with my friends and X-colleagues. A 2 hours game, RM 20.00 per day, 4 - 5 weeks a month, every month costs around RM 80 - RM 100 and plus the runner fee RM 20.00 (sombody who help us book the badminton court every month). Shuttle cock which cost RM 48 for each month. Total cost divived by 7 - 8 people, each person less than RM 20 - It’s a pretty great deal

However, the price is not a matter here as the most important issue is that I get to exercise! After a whole day of work and within that 2 hours you are able to sweat like nobody’s business! Imagine the feeling after you sweat? Is so damn comfort! Especially after bath… and I always had a very good sleep on that night and felt extra fresh during the next morning. Plus you could take the opportunity to know some new friends. In the badminton session which I went for, 90% of them are strangers to me when I first went on it, but now they are more than just a badminton “leg” to me, rather a relationship which is approaching to close friends :)

A Badminton A Day Keeps A Doctor Away

So for those who did not exercise or work out for years, it is advise to start doing some of it be it is a small exercise such as streching your body or a proper exercise on any ball game. Give yourself sometime off the computer and relax, not for others but is for your own future sake ;)

Oops… guilty as charged.. I used to play badminton every saturday morning with my X-Schoolmate. Until we started working everyone was too busy or lazy to wake up to play.. including me!

*Shy shy aledi*

Good wake up call for everyone!

hahha, early morning huh…last time when I was in secondary school me and my x-schoolmates played badminton on every sat morning as well, after badminton will sure hop on to our own bicycle and head on to McD for our lunch. But only go on for 1 year and then stopped for good. Sigh~ miss the old days where we always travel around with bicycle despite the range.
