I believe when people see the the above few logos, definitely a fire will be ignite inside them regardless of is a big or small. Line slow, frequent disconnection, customer service untrained, slow service u name it. Lately i heard an even worst troubleshooting that they ask us to do, disable your firewall system and stop or close all your anti-virus program. Not to mention about downloading files (not via bittorrent), even for surfing a simple light weight website will also take years to load, will even end up coming out the page “connection time out”. Server upgrade system upgrade package upgrade connection upgrade service upgrade in the end nothing is better but going worst.

Imagine that you are already very frustrated with these kinda service and yet the company you are working on is actually having a sort of partnership with them. Oh man… can’t do it badly as that affect your profession so you have to hide down and lock all your anger into a safety box in your brain. I remember there was once when we were to promote the game “Brother in Arms: Road to Hill 30”, and i was suppose to make the promotion site splash for all our partner’s site, including tmnet as well. I was browsing all the available images and suddenly i saw this, i am so close on putting this image onto the promotion site slash! lolz, tell me guys, do you think this image suit?

Seriously i am already totally immuned to this kinda connection, as i know i can’t even do anything about it even if i call the customer service, it won’t come out anything positive. So just bear with it and wait for a better ISP coming out. I am sure a lot of you all are either immuned or just bearing with it and wait for better choice in the future. Right? Well, blame that i am took hooked up on Internet ever since i studied in MMU, lolz~

ps: pinksterz make noise liao, have to update no matter what 😛

Something like the Moore’s Law is it..heh.. Once you tasted better things you wont turn back.

That what happens when monopoly happens…. No competition, bad for consumers…. =p

good picture actually.

Today I read the paper and TM just saying that they will partner with Malaysia Government to develop an even better broadband services in the future 10 years time.

Now they are serving 1,100,000 customers with current economic broadband services…

They dominant 90% of the market now and no need to do anything to expand their market. So, they will only focus in other area such as services and technology….

@lukxiufung: i got this info from my boss. He said is truth, so either is TM ppl tell him not the truth or the report that TM ppl told the reporter are fake. But either way, is none of my concern of they got how many % of users. I m gonna change it soon!!!!!!!
