Malacca Cendol

Crap! PC don’t know got what problem and had to be hospitalise for one day yesterday, luckily it was fixed now. Another reason to get a mac. Anyway, continue on my Malacca trip. Other than Chicken Rice Ball, there’s another must not miss food there. Hmm, more like a dessert – Cendol. There are 3 places of cendol which i like the most, one of them is the stall which is right opposite of the Chicken Rice Ball which i mentioned earlier on. Yup, is right opposite.

Other than the cendol, there’s another speciality about this stall. The owner of this stall has a nice set of collection. A collection of Coke.

Those are the things which u can look around while waiting for your cendol. Speaking of their cendol, it’s actually Nyonya style cendol, far different from those cendol where u found selling along with the Indian Rojak. This cendol the taste of the santan is very significant and the taste of course is much better.

Recently the owner of this stall had hired a kuli to do the cendol, though all the ingredients and stuffs are all ready, but still the portion were still not at its best as i think this kuli the determination of the proportion on the ingredients was still not good. So it turned out to be a bit too sweet. Anyway, if is too sweet u can ask for additional shredded ice.

There’s actually another stall 2 rows behind this Coke Cendol Stall, i did not pay a visit to them because i don’t like the female boss there. Why? because if u went inside and sit on their table, ordered ONLY cendol, u will be treated like an ass and worst of all being chase away from the table and force to stand infront of the cendol making machine and eat there. Experienced this before twice, so…no way i gonna go back there unless i am in a very good mood that day. What’s special about this cendol? The secret lies on their ice, their ice itself is made out of Santan, taste…hmm…forgot about it. Keke. No photos on it because i never visit it

Next post i am gonna introduce the BEST cendol i ever had in Malacca
