I wouldn’t say they are all absurd, depending on how you look at it.

In fact some of those questions actually make sense to me. eg. site traffic programs may be undesirable to certain blog advertisers because the traffic statistics, hence the site ratings, may become misleading.

The ISP question is probably a polling question, I think.
